At T & E Properties, Inc. we take pride
in our ability to restore historic properties back to their original grandeur. All of our classic homes have been carefully restored, and they maintain all of the special assets that make them so unique.
Over 25 years ago we began our business on the ground floor of the construction industry with a thriving plumbing company which then evolved into a full scale Class A contracting company. Since then, we have renovated many properties in Central Virginia and consider this our own particular calling.
Some of our more impressive projects include the revitalization of once condemned historic properties into prime retail, restaurant and apartment buildings which now bustle with economic growth and new life. Our company has been honored on several occasions with Historic Merit Awards due to our contributions in this field. Pictured herein are a few examples of our successful restoration projects.
Also during that time we expanded our business to include many other rewarding real estate ventures. These include the owning and management of residential and commercial real estate spaces, purchasing and renovation of properties for resale or investment, and occasionally even new construction.
At the present time, we own and manage over 60 residential units and 20 commercial spaces. We also have renovated and sold over 60 houses across Central Virginia.
We are now proud to present our newest renovation project, the recently restored Museum Park I Condominiums. It is our sincere hope that the care we put into bringing out the original splendor of these homes will shine through. We look forward to making our hard work into your one-of-a-kind home.
